Arbeitsgemeinschaft Microlepidoptera in Bayern: Neue Ergebnisse in der bayerischen Kleinschmetterlingsfaunistik – 2. Beitrag (Insecta: Lepidoptera).

Abstract: 13 records of remarkable microlepidoptera from Bavaria are given, including the first german record of Gracillaria loriolella Frey, 1881 and the first bavarian record of Scrobipalpa ocellatella (Boyd, 1858).

Zusammenfassung: Es werden Nachweise von 13 interessanten Kleinschmetterlingsarten aus Bayern besprochen, darunter der Erstnachweis von Gracillaria loriolella Frey, 1881 für Deutschland und der Erstnachweis der Rübenmotte Scrobipalpa ocellatella (Boyd, 1858) für Bayern.

 

Kratochwill, M.: Der Karstweißling Pieris mannii (Mayer, 1851) – Neu in Bayern und Vorarlberg (Insecta: Lepidoptera: Pieridae).

Summary: Records of Pieris mannii (Mayer, 1851) from the eastern area of Lake Constance are presented. These are the first findings in Bavaria and Vorarlberg. The present distributional status of this species in Southern Germany is outlined. Possible reasons for its sudden area expansion are hypothesized. An appeal is made to communicate further observations of this species.

Zusammenfassung: Aktuelle Nachweise von Pieris mannii (Mayer, 1851) aus dem östlichen Bodenseegebiet werden vorgestellt, es sind dies die Erstnachweise für Bayern und Vorarlberg. Es werden Informationen zum aktuellen Ausbreitungsstand der Art in Süddeutschland gegeben sowie Hypothesen über mögliche Ursachen der plötzlichen Arealerweiterung aufgestellt. Um weitere Beobachtung und Meldung der Art wird gebeten.

 

Karle-Fendt, A.: Zum Wiederfund von Pyrgus warrenensis (Verity, 1928) in den Allgäuer Hochalpen (Insecta: Lepidoptera: Hesperiidae).

Zusammenfassung: Der Wiederfund von Pyrgus warrenensis (Verity, 1928) für die Allgäuer Hochalpen wird gemeldet. Es wird das Habitat bezüglich Geologie, topografischer Lage und Vegetationseinheiten beschrieben. Ergebnisse von Genitaluntersuchungen werden dargestellt. Von bisherigen Kenntnissen zur Biologie der Art abweichende Beobachtungen werden diskutiert.

Summary: Pyrgus warrenensis (Verity, 1928) has been rediscovered in the Allgäu Alps (Bavaria). Habitats are described with regard to geological and topographical conditions and types of vegetation. Results of examination of male genitalia are given. Observations differing from those given in literature are discussed.

 

Ritt, R., Kratochwill, M., Segerer, A. H. & A. Hausmann: Nachweis einer neuen Spannerart für Deutschland durch DNA Barcoding: Lomaspilis opis (Butler, 1878) (Insecta: Lepidoptera: Geometridae).

Abstract: Two specimens of Lomaspilis opis (Butler, 1878) are recorded from a locality near Passau in eastern Bavaria, one of which could be photographed and the other one collected. Since no unambiguous identification resulted from the dissection, the species identity was proved by DNA barcoding. These are the first records of this species in Germany.

Zusammenfassung: Zwei Exemplare von Lomaspilis opis (Butler, 1878) wurden in Ostbayern in der Nähe von Passau gefunden, von denen eines fotografiert und ein anderes gefangen werden konnte. Da die Genitaluntersuchung keine eindeutige Artidentifizierung erlaubte, wurde die Identität durch DNA Barcoding bestätigt. Es handelt sich hiermit um die Erstnachweise für Deutschland.

Abstract: Andrena pontica Warncke, 1972 is recorded the first time for Germany. Andrena susterai Alfken, 1914, is recorded the first time for Germany and for Greece. Nomada bispinosa Mocsáry, 1883, is recorded the first time for Bavaria. Andrena saxonica Stöckhert, 1935, is recorded the first time for Bavaria and for the Asiatic part of Turkey. Records of some rare bees in Bavaria are given.

 

Gruppe, A. & T. Zehetmair: Nachweise von Staubhaften in Bayern (Insecta: Neuropterida: Coniopterygidae).

Abstract: The neuropterid family Coniopterygidae is represented by more than 100 species in the Western Palearctic, by 19 recorded species in Germany, and 13 species known from Bavaria. Although some species are very common on shrubs and trees this taxon was poorly studied in Germany and Bavaria in the past. Here we summarize own records obtained from traps in the canopy of forest trees and sweep net captures close to the soil surface in Bavaria during the last two decades. We present maps of captured specimens for 14 species including the first Bavarian records of Coniopteryx aspoecki Kis, 1967 (first record in Germany, too), Aleuropteryx loewii Klapalek, 1894 and Semidalis pseudouncinata Meinander, 1963. Thus, the number of species known from Germany increases to 20 species and that of Bavaria to 16 species.
